  • CEO

    Sheldon Nutkevitch established Brand Appeal Group in 2008 and has over 25 years brand licensing and consumer products experience.

    Sheldon has created and marketed a multitude of new consumer products via merchandise licensing as well as through direct manufacturing in the Far East. Sheldon's expertise spans all aspects of product development, from sourcing and manufacturing, to distribution, marketing, promotion and sales.

    Achievements he is proud of include initiating and developing USA - based private label and branded businesses doing business with leading retailers including PacSun, Tilly's, Kohls, Kmart, Sears Macy’s and Wal-Mart and developing a licensing and brand business strategy for leading North American apparel resulting in more than $250 million in sales revenue.

    Sheldon has held key management positions in a number of the leading apparel and home fashions companies. He also has business experience in automotive, accessories, consumer electronics and publishing.

    Sheldon is a CPA with a post-graduate diploma in public accounting from McGill University.

  • Vice President, Business Development & Brand Management

    Roman Glukhman brings over a decade of experience in brand licensing and brand management, specializing in identifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing high value licensing and partnership deals. Throughout his career, he has been directly responsible for driving more than $800 million in incremental retail sales through the partnerships and programs he has developed. Roman focuses on building a strong, strategic pipeline of meaningful business opportunities that fuel long-term growth for both the brands and manufacturers he represents. He has worked with iconic global brands—including Ralph Lauren and Martha Stewart—and has led licensing initiatives across food, fashion, home, and sports, with deep expertise in category expansion, partner sourcing, and best-in-class execution.

    Beyond his work, Roman is a proud father of two and calls New York City home. In his downtime, he pursues his creative interests, most notably photography and music, bringing the same curiosity, passion, and creative lens to his personal pursuits as he does to his professional work.

  • Executive Vice President

    Rhonda is a 20 year veteran of the apparel industry and has a strong understanding of the product development and approval process having worked with factories, both in North America and Asia.

    Rhonda has been an integral part of developing licensing programs for world-renowned brands as well as identifying and executing new opportunities for lesser-known brands. Rhonda has a BA from McGill University.

  • Licensing Brand Manager

    Janice has 30 + of experience in fashion and entertainment brand licensing with a proven track record merchandising and marketing products to department stores, Warehouse Clubs, Walmart/Target and the Off-Price Channel. With a deep understanding of market trends, Janice specializes in driving brand growth through strategic licensing and sales initiatives.

    Janice’s approach ensures that both brands and licensors benefit from mutually advantageous partnerships, paving the way for sustained growth and innovation.

  • Creative Director

    Eric Donsky has 25 years of experience in the apparel and food industry. His specialty is in graphic design, specifically consumer packaging, marketing and advertising.

    Most recently, Eric was an integral part of the introductory growth of Glutino Foods (Boulder Brands) educating consumers on the new gluten-free segment of the packaged goods food market.
